The outer needle should be sewn on the gentian purple line inside the meibomian, and the outer meibomian fixed suture should not be sewn outside the meibomian because the heavy eyelid is longer. 4. If suture with nylon thread, pay attention not to ligate too tightly, otherwise the suture can play the role of cutting.
