Sinus barotrauma

When flying or diving, the outside air pressure changes drastically. The air pressure in the sinuses and the outside air pressure cannot balance, resulting in congestion and swelling of the sinus mucosa, and even a series of changes such as mucosal or submucosal bleeding, edema and other diseases called sinus barotrauma.
