Reduced urine output after burns

Reduced urine output after burns (generally refers to the urine output of adults below 20 ml per hour): it is an important and early manifestation of burn shock. If renal function is not seriously impaired, oliguria can generally reflect the tissue blood perfusion and the severity of shock degree. The main cause of oliguria is insufficient blood volume and decreased renal blood flow. Of course, it is still related to the increase of anti-urinary hormones and aldosterone. If there is no urine, the systolic blood pressure is usually below 10.7kPa.
