Hemorrhoid Prolapse

Hemorrhoid prolapse is often a late symptom of hemorrhoids. Most of them have blood in the stool and then prolapse. Due to the enlargement of the hemorrhoids, they gradually separate from the muscle layer and are pushed out of the anus during defecation. The lighter prolapses only during bowel movements, and can recover on its own after heavy stools. The heavy ones need to be pushed back by hand. The more severe cases are prolapsed from the anus with a slight increase in abdominal pressure. Can get out, difficult to reply, unable to participate in labor. A few patients report that prolapse is the first symptom.
