Vaginal leiomyosarcoma
Vaginal leiomyosarcoma is rare, and the lesions are mostly located in the submucosal stroma or vaginal mucosa of the vaginal wall in the upper and middle vagina, showing solid nodules. Mainly local expansion, and occasionally distant transfer.
