Lower thalamus injury

The lower thalamic injury refers to a special clinical syndrome that occurs directly in the lower thalamus due to a fracture of the skull base or a violent blow to the skull during a craniocerebral injury. It is characterized by abnormal physiological functions such as internal organ activities, endocrine, material metabolism, body temperature regulation, maintenance of consciousness and sleep.
