Mesangial proliferative nephritis
Mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis (MsPGN) is a pathomorphological diagnosis, pathologically characterized by a glomerular diffuse mesangial cell proliferation and / or an increase in mesangial matrix Glomerulonephritis. Primary MsPGN can be divided into IgA nephropathy (mainly IgA deposition in the mesangial area) and MsPGN of non-IgA nephropathy according to its immunopathology.
