Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome-associated lymphoma mainly occurs in patients with advanced AIDS, and CD4 cells in peripheral blood are often lower than 100 / mL. Therefore, the occurrence of lymphoma is mainly related to the severity and duration of cell immune deficiency. AIDS-related lymphoma is more common in whites than blacks, suggesting that its onset is related to genetic factors.
