Vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia
Vulvar intraepithelial neoplasma (VIN) is a group of vulvar lesions and is a pre-stage lesion of vulvar cancer. VIN usually resolves in young patients, but young patients over 60 years of age or with immunosuppression may turn into invasive cancer. The lesions appear as epidermal hyperplasia, thickened plaques, nipples, or small warts may appear; the surface may be grayish white, melanin, or dark red, and the surface of the tumor is dry and desquamated, and the boundaries are unclear. Tumors can often occur multiple times and can fuse with each other.
