Follicular ichthyosis
Follicularis ichthyosis, also known as keratosis pilaris decalvans, has an unknown cause. The pathogenesis is unclear. The clinical manifestations are generalized hyperkeratosis with flesh-colored and thorn-like generalized skin and hair follicle protrusions, which are common in the baby's face. The skin lesions are miliary rashes, with horn plugs in the center, and some are thorn-like, forming later Skin atrophy. Also known as alopecia spinous follicular keratosis, Siemens syndrome. Systemic symptoms vary widely. The male to female ratio is 5: 1.
