Aspirin intolerance triad

Aspirin intolerance triad or Wielal syndrome is a respiratory hyperresponsiveness disease of unknown cause. These patients are often accompanied by nasal polyps and bronchial asthma. Aspirin, indomethacin and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs can often induce rhinitis (sneeze, runny nose), asthma attacks, and may also be accompanied by urticaria, angiohematoma and other symptoms.
