Intracranial aneurysm

Intracranial aneurysm is a kind of tumor-like protrusion of the artery wall caused by the abnormal enlargement of the internal cavity of the cerebral artery. Intracranial aneurysms are mostly caused by local congenital defects of the cerebral arterial wall and increased intraluminal pressure, which is the first cause of subarachnoid hemorrhage. People used to call it congenital cerebral aneurysm. In fact, congenital cerebral aneurysms account for 70% to 80% of cerebral aneurysms.
