Epididymal malformation

Epididymal malformations are more common clinically and usually refer to a markedly longer epididymis or abnormal attachment to the testes. So far, there is no precise definition and uniform classification method. Epididymal malformations include absent epididymis, segmental atresia, and structural abnormalities such as epididymal cysts. Usually without any clinical symptoms, mostly through male infertility investigation and treatment of cryptorchidism found that often combined with vas deferens.
