Bone Fibrous Dysplasia
Fibrous dysplasia is a kind of self-limiting benign bone fibrous tissue disease with slow etiology. Normal bone tissue is absorbed and replaced with homogeneous spindle cell fibrous tissue and dysplastic reticular bone trabeculae, which may be caused by stagnant bone maturity in the immature stage of reticular bone or poorly formed interstitial differentiation of bone . The disease is not uncommon clinically, accounting for about 25% of all bone new organisms, and 7% of all benign bone tumors. Single bone type accounts for about 70%, polyskeleton type without endocrine disorders accounts for about 30%, polyskeleton type with endocrine disorders accounts for about 3%.
