Plasmacytoma

Plasmacytoma is a primary and systemic malignant tumor originating in the bone marrow. It is derived from B lymphocytes and has the property of differentiating into plasma cells. Solitary osteoplasmoma is rare and can be cured. Among them, multiple plasmacytoma is the most common, which is characterized by osteolytic damage and infiltration of bone marrow by plasma cells. In addition, it is often accompanied by anemia, hyperglobulinemia, hypercalcemia, impaired renal function and susceptibility to infection.
