Sinus arrest

Sinus arrest is also called sinus standstill, sinus intermittent, sinus pause and so on. Sinus arrest means that the sinoatrial node stops firing within a certain period of time. It can be divided into: ① sinus arrest; ② atrial arrest; ③ handover zone arrest; ④ ventricular arrest; ⑦ total cardiac arrest. Clinically, total cardiac arrest (cardiac arrest), ventricular arrest, and sinus arrest are the most important. It can be divided into: ①Primary sinus arrest: Arrest not related to tachyarrhythmia. ② secondary sinus arrest: arrest after secondary to tachyarrhythmia. According to the time of apnea, it can be divided into: ① short apnea; each apnea does not exceed 2 ~ 4s; ② longer apnea: each apnea exceeds 4s and can reach 8s or more; ③ permanent apnea: Beat points permanently lose self-discipline.
