Atrial flutter

Atrial flutter (AF) refers to rapid, regular atrial electrical activity. On the electrocardiogram, atrial flutter waves of equal size, fast frequency and regularity (atrial rate is generally 240 to 340 times / min), and no isoelectric line appear.
