Perianal tumor
Perianal tumors can easily invade the anal sphincter and cause symptoms, but in the early stages, the symptoms are often non-specific and are easily ignored by patients and physicians, leading to delays in diagnosis. The incidence of anal adenocarcinoma has increased significantly in homosexual and bisexual people, especially in people infected with immunodeficiency virus (HIV). It has been found that the incidence of anal tumors is significantly related to sexual intercourse.
