Postoperative reflux gastritis
Postoperative gastric pain, nausea, and vomiting mixed with bile after gastric surgery are called postoperative reflux gastritis. Patients often suffer from aggravated epigastric pain after meals, which cannot be alleviated after vomiting; reduced food intake leads to weight loss and anemia.
