Idiopathic pulmonary hemosiderin in children
Idiopathic pulmonary hemosiderosis (idiopathic pulmonary hemosiderosis) is a type of repetitive hemorrhage in the alveoli that causes iron accumulation in the interstitial lung and eventually causes progressive pulmonary fibrosis. Is a group of alveolar capillary hemorrhagic diseases, more common in children. Clinically, the main diseases are iron deficiency anemia, cough, hemoptysis, and progressive shortness of breath.
