Vulvar fibrohistiocytoma
Vulvar malignant fibrous histiocytoma is the most common soft tissue sarcoma in middle-aged and elderly people. It is a pleomorphic sarcoma. Some cases were previously diagnosed with pleomorphic liposarcoma, fibrosarcoma, or rhabdomyosarcoma, but they are now classified as this disease. Tumor size, especially tumor depth, is strongly related to survival.
