Auditory small bone trauma

Direct or indirect trauma leads to conductive hearing loss of more than 50dB at the beginning, or conductive deafness with air-bone conductance greater than 40dB still present 6 weeks after the injury. The possibility of ossicular dislocation or fracture should also be considered.
