Allergic purpura was described in the 1830s and 1970s by Xu Lan's and Heng Biannuo, which is also known as Schonlein-Henoch vasculitis. The disease belongs to the range of allergic vasculitis and is the most common capillary allergic disease. It is based on extensive small vessel inflammation. The main clinical manifestations are skin purpura, gastrointestinal bleeding, joint swelling and nephritis. According to an analysis of 1162 inpatients in Beijing Children's Hospital from 1987 to 1991, the male to female ratio was 1.4: 1. In older children, especially school-age children, there are many cases, infants are rare in the first year of life, the minimum age is 3 months. In winter and spring more incidence, less in summer.
