Webbed penis
Webbed penis, also known as penile-scrotal fusion, refers to the fusion of the skin between the scrotum and the ventral skin of the penis, so that the penis and the scrotum are not completely separated. Most are congenital malformations, and a small number are secondary to circumcision or other surgical resection of the ventral penile skin. Most have no urethral dysplasia. About 3.5% of hypospadias are complicated by this deformity.
