Pediatric nail-patella syndrome
Nail-patella syndrome (nail-patella syndrome) is a well-known hereditary nail and sacral dysplasia, which is characterized by a variety of bone abnormalities that initially affect the elbows and knees, and associated kidney disease, and a few cases have eye and vascular abnormalities. It is characterized by GBM's characteristic ultrastructural abnormalities.
