Middle lobe syndrome

Middle lung lobe syndrome, also known as Brock syndrome or Graham-Burford-Mayer syndrome, refers to the obstruction of the right middle lobe (or the left lung tongue lobe) of the lung due to compression and obstruction of enlarged bronchial lymph nodes. Zhang, lung lobes shrink, or inflammation consolidation. The contraction of atelectasis in the middle lobe caused by simple inflammation does not belong to this syndrome.
