Tear secretion test
The tear secretion test is aimed at the lesions caused by excessive secretion of tears. Excessive secretion of tears is the result of hyperfunction of lacrimal glands, but the meaning of tearing and tear overflow caused by it is different. Under normal circumstances, there is no adverse reaction except that tears are constantly irritating. A few patients may be complicated by conjunctivitis, blepharitis, and eczema of the lower eyelid.
