Muscle strain

Introduction

Cause

Cause

In sports, due to improper preparation activities, the physiological function of a certain muscle has not yet reached the state required to adapt to exercise, the training level is not enough, the muscle elasticity and strength are poor, fatigue or excessive load, the muscle function is reduced, the strength is weakened. Coordination is reduced, the wrong technical action or exercise is not concentrated, the action is too fierce or rough, the temperature is too low, the humidity is too high, and the quality of the site or equipment can cause muscle strain. When the various actions are completed, the muscles actively contract violently beyond the capacity of the muscle itself, or suddenly passively excessively stretched, beyond its stretchability, can cause strain. If the weightlifting exercise bends and grabs the barbell, the erector spinae is strained due to strong contraction. When doing exercises such as front leg presses and longitudinal squats, the sudden exertion is too strong, which can cause the muscles of the thighs to be excessively passively elongated and damaged. The cross-fork practice can cause the inner thigh meat to be excessively passively stretched and strained. In sports, the strain of the muscles in the back of the thigh is the most common. The thigh adductor muscle, the back muscle, the rectus abdominis muscle, the calf triceps, and the upper arm muscle are all prone to muscle strain.

Local pain, tenderness, swelling, muscle tension, stiffness, and sputum dysfunction. When the injured muscle is actively contracted or passively stretched, the pain is aggravated, and the muscle contraction resistance test is positive, that is, the pain is aggravated or a broken depression occurs. Some wounded people have a tear-like feeling when they are injured, and the swelling is obvious and the subcutaneous congestion is serious. If there is a depression in the touch or an abnormal bulge at one end, the muscle may be broken.

Diagnosis

Differential diagnosis

Differential diagnosis

1. Muscle bruises: Muscle bruises are crushed by objects to cause muscle damage.

2. Muscle contusion: A non-open injury that occurs when a blunt object acts directly on the soft tissue of the carcass.

3, muscle tear: muscle strain is the damage caused by the muscle contraction or excessive traction during exercise. After the muscle strain, the painful part of the strained area can be touched by the muscles of the muscles, and the pain is obvious. The local swelling or subcutaneous hemorrhage is obviously restricted.
