Corneal reflex

A corneal reflex test is a test that stimulates the response caused by the cornea. Corneal reflection is divided into direct corneal reflection and indirect corneal reflection. Under normal circumstances, the eyelid of the examinee is quickly closed, which is called direct corneal reflex. If the cornea is stimulated on one side, the eyelid closure reaction also occurs on the opposite side, which is called indirect corneal reflex.
