Leucine aminopeptidase

Leucine aminotranspeptidase is widely present in various tissues of the human body. It is most abundant in liver, pancreas, gallbladder, small intestine, uterus, and muscle, and is also distributed in duodenum, serum and urine. Clinical determination of serum leucine aminotranspeptidase has certain significance for the diagnosis and treatment of liver and gallbladder diseases.
