Sputum microscopy

Microscopy of sputum is used to observe the white blood cells, red blood cells, epithelial cells and dust cells in the sputum, as well as the bottom layer of fibers, crystals, fats and parasites, which is helpful to diagnose some characteristic diseases of the respiratory system.
