Platelet factor IV

Platelet factor 4 (PF4) is a specific protein synthesized from platelet alpha particles and is a tetramer of a polypeptide. Easy to bind and neutralize heparin, and easily bind to heparan sulfate on the surface of vascular endothelial cells to slow the thrombin inactivation process and thus promote thrombosis.
