Pre-S1 protein
Pre-S1 protein in serum: Pre-S1 protein (preS1) is an important component of the hepatitis B virus capsid protein. It contains liver cell membrane receptors and plays an important role in HBV infection of liver cells and the body's immune response. PreS1 and serum markers were detected by ELISA in patients with HBsAg-positive specimens.
