Hemoglobin

Sulfur hemoglobin appears in the blood and cannot carry oxygen. Clinically, cyanosis similar to methemoglobinemia occurs. The absorption peak is between 607 and 620 nm, which is similar to MHb. It is not reduced by cyanide and ammonium sulfide, and does not turn into cyanated methemoglobin after addition of cyanide, and remains tan. Comparing the difference in optical density at 620 nm before and after adding the reducing agent, normal people were negative.
