Artificial cycle test
The artificial cycle test is to check whether the endometrium has a physiological proliferative response when the estrogen alone does not cause withdrawal bleeding. The last 4 days of oral diethylstilbestrol and intramuscular injection of 20 mg progesterone are used daily.
