Brain stem reflex

Brain stem reflex examination is to check the existence of normal neural reflexes and pathological neural reflexes in the brain stem. It is of great significance to determine the degree of damage or inhibition of cerebral nerve function, and then make corresponding judgments on the prognosis of patients. The patient's coma level (cortex, mesencephalon, midbrain, pontine, pontine) and important basis for judging brain death. Examination of brain stem reflex helps clinicians to better grasp the patient's condition in medical practice, and thus better grasp clinical medical treatment.
