Serum anti-histocompatibility antigen-DR antibody

Specific receptors on T lymphocytes or immunoglobulins released by B lymphocytes, glycoproteins of these major histocompatibility complexes (MHC) are of great interest. These proteins are encoded by the short arm of chromosome 6. They are found on cell surfaces and in body fluids. In humans, it was first described by J. Dausset in 1958 and referred to as "transplantation antigen". The term "antigen" is used because they are serologically defined. If you do not know the method used for typing, you can use definitions such as HLA (human leukocyte antigen) specificity, HLA determinants, HLA types, and so on. The term HLA allele can only be used when sequencing or using similar high-resolution techniques. Anti histocompatibility antigen-DR antibody is a specific antibody to systemic lupus erythematosus, which is meaningful for the diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus. It is commonly used in clinical practice to measure Raji cell immunoenzyme inhibition.
