Since Bigg's thromboplastin generation test (TGT) has the disadvantages of labor, blood and time, Xu Fuyan and others first reported the simple thromboplastin generation test (STGT) and its correction test in 1965. It is an endogenous coagulation pathway, especially a corrective test for the diagnosis of hemophilia.
