Rickettsia agglutination test
In 1961, Weil-Felix discovered that Proteus OX19 shared common antigens with typhus, endemic typhus, and Rocky Mountain typhus pathogens; OXK shared common antigens with ascariasis pathogens. Proteus OX19 bacteria solution can be used instead of Platts Rickettsia is used as a serological test for the diagnosis of typhus typhus. At the same time, three kinds of bacterial fluids are used as the outer response for the differential diagnosis of rickettsial disease.
