Sucrose water hemolysis test
Normal people were negative; patients with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) were positive. Therefore, this test is a simple screening test for PNH. Patients with megaloblastic anemia, aplastic anemia, and immune hemolytic anemia are occasionally positive.
