Cerebrospinal fluid obtained at different puncture sites is slightly different due to its different protein content. For example, cerebrospinal fluid obtained from lumbar puncture is 1.006-1.008; those with pool penetration are 1.004-1.008; When intracranial inflammation, specific density increases; specific secretion decreases when cerebrospinal fluid secretion increases.
