Serum cd55, cd59
The detection of cd55 and cd59 is to check the decay accelerating factor (DAF, CD55) and reactive hemolytic membrane inhibitor (MIRL, CD59) to detect whether it is missing. Combined with the clinical diagnosis, hemolytic anemia cannot be ruled out.
