Platelet factor III effectiveness test

Platelet factor 3 (PF3) is a phospholipid component of the platelet membrane and provides a phospholipid-activated surface for factors VIIa, IXa, and Ca2 + and factors Xa, Va, and Ca2 +. The method for measuring platelet involvement in the coagulation process is called the platelet factor 3 effectiveness assay (PF3aT).
