Lund test
Use standard meals instead of exogenous gastrointestinal hormones to physiologically stimulate pancreas secretion. The fatty acids and amino acids in the test can stimulate the duodenum and the upper part of the jejunum to release endogenous cholecystokinin, and promote pancreatic secretion by the pancreas.
