Kimberke phenomenon

Kienbock's phenomenon is "strange diaphragmatic motion". The abnormal contraction of the diaphragm, that is, the diaphragm on one side rises during inhalation and decreases during exhalation. In patients with diaphragmatic asthma, diaphragmatic movement is restricted, even disappeared, and contradictory movements due to sacroiliac muscle relaxation and atrophy on the affected side.
