Lymphocyte transformation rate

There are a variety of receptors on the surface of T lymphocytes. A series of changes in cell metabolism and morphology can occur under the stimulation of specific antigens or non-specific mitogens in culture in vitro, such as being able to transform into larger protolymphocytes. The number of transformed cells can reflect the body's cellular immune function, determine the response capacity of T lymphocytes, and diagnose cellular immune deficiency diseases.
