Partial nephrectomy

1. It is confined to one pole or one kidney, and the funnel tube of the kidney is narrow. 2. Renal benign tumors or cysts. 3. Local calf hydronephrosis or empyema. 4. Renal tuberculosis, which is limited to one pole, is considered to be the renal part only after the use of antituberculosis drugs for 1 to 2 years has failed, or drug resistance or intolerance has occurred during the application of drug treatment, and the lesion has become closed cut.
