Partial cystectomy

Partial bladder resection can be performed when the bladder can be dilated (especially at the top of the bladder) when localized pedicled or short pedicle tumors occur. Malignant bladder tumors confirmed by cystoscopy before surgery need to be biopsied at the bladder wall around the tumor at the same time as microscopy to find out whether the tissue around the tumor is infiltrated by cancer cells. If so, total cystectomy should be considered, if not, partial cystectomy should be considered. In addition, refractory ulcers can not be treated with drugs, and patients with bladder malignant tumors adjacent to the bladder involving the bladder can perform partial bladder resection.
