Incision and drainage of pyogenic bursitis
The radial bursa and ulnar bursa communicate with each other, and inflammation can spread to each other. The proximal end of the two is adjacent to the posterior flexor space at 2cm above the ulnar and radial styloid processes. Therefore, purulent bursitis should be treated in time to prevent spread.
