Fracture nonunion, bone defect bone transplantation

Fracture nonunion and bone defects are often caused by improper treatment of the fracture or by infection after the fracture. The commonly used treatment method for both is bone transplantation, but due to non-union of the fracture, a series of pathological changes in the local part of the bone defect (such as fracture sclerosis, closed bone marrow cavity, skin defects, more soft tissue scars, poor blood flow, etc.) Treatment is difficult. Treatment is more difficult if there have been multiple surgeries or extensive recurrent infections before.
